I was pleased with the quality of the samples that I received. They are a higher quality of fabric than I have seen in samples from other companies, and I decided to place an order.
Samples by 3HLinen Inc. were the best I have received from several different manufacturers so far, hence the reason for my high rating. However, we are looking for fabric that is very thick and heavy and "crisp" to give that "cocoon" feeling under the weight of it. Slippery, silky, light soft material that slides off the bed is not at all what we want but that seems to be the only available option anymore according to what is being offered out there as a "luxury" sheet. I can't find the very heavy sheets of crisp material I used to experience at higher end hotels years ago and I miss that!

Customer service was amazing and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I received the shower curtain, I was very disappointed to see that there is the seam running down the middle. Given the price point, I was expecting the curtain to be made from a single, continuous piece of linen rather than two pieces sewn together. The linen itself is beautiful, but the center seam really detracts from the overall look and quality I was expecting.
We ordered natural heavy duty linen with full-block liner to replace our 20-year old bedroom curtains. Fabric quality is very high and the color matches the sample closely. The liner blocks all the light. The sizes we picked fit well with one exception. The 96” height drags on the floor in front of our sliding glass door. We mounted them as high as the hook tape allows. Pre-measured height of the rod seemed like it should have been ok. We may have to remount the rod. Also, the supplied nylon hooks were too small to fit over our curtain rings. Fortunately our old hooks worked. We struggled to get the pleat drawstring pulled to the right length. At first the curtains wouldn’t pull far enough to cover the openings thoroughly, but we redid it until it worked. Definitely a learning experience.

We recently completed a remodel of our outdoor pool deck, and my wife thought adding curtains would be a lovely finishing touch. I love sleeping with this light weight blanket when it is warm or humid. It is cooling and comfortable. On cooler nights it makes a nice sheet. So versatile. I’m glad I bought this.

This shower curtain is beautifully made and exactly what I was hoping for. I love the button holes for the hooks, the attached liner and the added width for additional fullness. The weighted cord is an extra bonus resulting in an overall beautiful effect in how the shower curtain hangs.

I paid for rush. I wanted an extension on my curtains. My curtains I had ordered previously were 2 inch hem. The new curtains came 3 inch!!!! They HAD TO MATCH!! I paid rush because I needed them for photographs and they came defective. They told me there’s quality control???? I do not believe it. Nobody check these curtains when they left and the way they packaged them so tightly you almost cut the fabric as you’re opening them not good. More time wasted now that I do not have work on the quality control!!.
I searched for 94” shower curtains & happened upon 3HLINEN. I was able to choose the options I was looking for (the length, the separated curtain & liner, the weights at the bottom) so I took a chance and ordered the 2 sets I needed!
I am SO PLEASED at the look, feel & function of these shower curtains, I have already recommended them to others.

In the end, I love my shower curtain but it was a bit of an ordeal to get the right one. I ordered the off white because it looked like a cool white, but it turned out to be very warm and almost creamy. Customer service worked me to exchange for all white, which I ultimately had to pay extra for and return shipping, but oh well. Then when I got my white one there was an extra hanging hole so I had to exchange that for the correct one and that ended up being a very frustrating and more difficult exchange process. No one would return my calls and emails until I finally got stern with someone on the phone. It still took quite a while to get my correct one but I ultimately did and I’m happy with it.
After waiting quite a while for shipment of the order I placed, the wrong item was delivered. I have a note into customer service and am waiting for a response.
I am biased. I LOVE linen! Period. Exclamation mark. The samples only reinforced that love. The colors enhance the fibers and weave. I should have sent for the sample pack of linens before choosing the paint colors for my walls. Who knew such richness was available? I found exactly what i want. I appreciate the generosity the package of colors afforded.
Awesome service and quality. I live in a loft apartment; the curtains were purchased instead of heavy closet doors. They are fabulous. Light and airy, the ceiling mount is easy to install and use on a daily basis.
