Excellent customer service, disappointing shower curtain

Customer service was amazing and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I received the shower curtain, I was very disappointed to see that there is the seam running down the middle. Given the price point, I was expecting the curtain to be made from a single, continuous piece of linen rather than two pieces sewn together. The linen itself is beautiful, but the center seam really detracts from the overall look and quality I was expecting.

Beautiful curtain, slightly frustrating purchase

In the end, I love my shower curtain but it was a bit of an ordeal to get the right one. I ordered the off white because it looked like a cool white, but it turned out to be very warm and almost creamy. Customer service worked me to exchange for all white, which I ultimately had to pay extra for and return shipping, but oh well. Then when I got my white one there was an extra hanging hole so I had to exchange that for the correct one and that ended up being a very frustrating and more difficult exchange process. No one would return my calls and emails until I finally got stern with someone on the phone. It still took quite a while to get my correct one but I ultimately did and I’m happy with it.
