These terms govern the 3HLinen text message programme operated by Three Trading Group Incorporated DBA 3HLinen ("we," "us," "our").
About the programme
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. These may include order and shipping notifications, abandoned-cart reminders, promotional offers, new product announcements, and requests for product reviews.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without joining this programme.
How to join
Tick the SMS consent box at checkout, in our signup form, or wherever else we offer it, and provide your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked — joining is always your own affirmative action.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enrol it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and our promotional calendar.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages under your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you no further marketing texts.
You can also email privacy@3hlinen.com and ask us to remove your number.
If you opt out and later want to rejoin, opt in again through any of our signup points.
Opting out of marketing texts does not stop us from contacting you about an order you have already placed, where we need to reach you.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Changing your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us at privacy@3hlinen.com so that we do not text someone else. You agree to notify us of any change to the number you enrolled.
Privacy
We use your mobile number to run this programme. Your number is processed by our text messaging provider, Sakari, which sends messages on our instructions only and does not use your number for its own purposes.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights, including how to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
We keep a record of your consent — including when you gave it, from what IP address, and the wording you saw — for four years after you opt out. We keep it to evidence that you asked to receive messages.
