One of the buttons fell off in the wash (front load, gentle cycle), the first time I washed the pillow covers after they arrived. It's disappointing to have to "fix" something that is brand new. For what it's worth, I messaged the seller and I got an apology but nothing more. I won't be a return customer, based on my experience.
