How To Measure
Measuring Your Rectangular Table:
- Measure your tabletop’s length and width from one edge to the opposite edge
Choosing the Drop:
- Choose how far you would like the tablecloth to hang below the tabletop on each side
- For a floor-length tablecloth, measure from the tabletop to the floor and use that measurement as your drop
Calculating Your Rectangular Tablecloth Size:
Tablecloth Length = Table Length + (2 × Desired Drop)
Tablecloth Width = Table Width + (2 × Desired Drop)
For example, a table measuring 60″ long × 36″ wide with a 10″ drop on each side requires a rectangular tablecloth measuring 80″ long × 56″ wide.

Washing/caring tips
- Gentle washing: Use a delicate cycle with cold water
- Air drying
- Ironing with caution: turn the tablecloth over and use low heat. Place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent direct contact. Using a steamer will make it easy to relax the fabric and release wrinkles.
- Regular dusting: Use a soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner or a lint roller to remove dust from the velvet tablecloth regularly.
