How To Measure
- Measuring for the length:
Measure from the top of the curtain rod to the place where you wish to see the bottom of your curtain. - Measuring for the width:
The basic approach recommends multiplying the width of the window by 1.5, allowing a little gathering, so the curtain looks fuller.

Washing/caring tips
- Linen: Dry clean only to preserve natural fibers.
- Velvet: Machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle.
- Cleaning: Regularly remove dust from velvet using a lint roller or a soft vacuum brush attachment.
- Drying: Always air dry; avoid tumble drying for both fabrics.
- Ironing: Use a low heat setting. Iron linen while damp for best results. For velvet, iron inside out with a pressing cloth or use a steamer to safely release wrinkles.

Custom orders are not eligible for return and refund unless there was a mistake on the company's side.
What is the estimated delivery time for an order?

Option 1: One business day for production and 1-3 days for shipping within the U.S. To choose this option, please select "Expedited Delivery" (UPS, DHL, etc.) at checkout.
Option 2: Normal production takes 2-5 days, with shipping taking 2-7 days. For this option, select "Standard Shipping" (FedEx) at checkout, which takes 5-7 business days. You will get your item within 2 weeks.
