This company was so great to work with to obtain my linen curtains. The customer service rep responded to my multiple email inquiries quickly, often the same day. I wanted grommet instead of ties and they gave me options and made a beautiful curtain. My only slight disappointment is that I would have preferred 8 grommets instead of 6 since the curtains are short and the fold with the 6 makes them stick out from the wall when open more that they would have with 8. But overall I am happy.

We absolutely love our new linen tab-top curtains! They drape exactly as I envisioned, and the tie-backs are beautifully made as well. Originally, I did not see the notifications re: my order. The owner of the Co. herself wrote me immediately to suggest looking in my junk mailbox which is where the notifications were. Lastly, my order arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped in sustainable packaging. I really couldn't be happier!

Also when we failed to request the discount when the order was originally input they applied the discount at a later time. They were very easy to work with and the order came in complete and just as ordered. All of the representatives were very nice and helpful. They worked very hard to make sure that everything was right.

I love my new curtains from 3hlinen. They are the perfect thickness for allowing plenty of sunlight in and still providing privacy. They have a soft organic feel and texture, slide easily and look great.
